Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is by 11:00. If you need a different arrangement, contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.

Yes. We offer flexible check-in for all bookings. Simply let us know your arrival time in advance and we will arrange everything so you can settle in smoothly, even late at night.

Yes, luggage storage is available at no extra charge. Just let us know and we will arrange a convenient time.

You can book directly by contacting us on WhatsApp or by email. You can also book through Booking.com or Airbnb. We always encourage direct contact for the best communication and occasionally better rates.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before arrival are fully free of charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a one-night charge. Please check the policy at the time of booking as it may vary by platform.

A card may be required to hold the booking but no charge is taken unless the cancellation policy applies. Payment is typically settled on arrival or per the platform's policy.

Breakfast is not automatically included in the room rate but it is available on request. Ask us in advance and we will confirm the options and arrange it for your first morning.

Yes. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and is complimentary for all guests. It is well-suited for remote work and streaming.

We do not have a private car park but street parking is available nearby. The city centre is very walkable and most guests arrive without a car. Let us know and we can advise.

Smoking is not permitted inside any rooms or common areas of the property. This is a strictly non-smoking interior.

Absolutely. Children of all ages are welcome. A cot can be arranged for infants at no extra charge. Just let us know in advance.

We are unable to accommodate pets at this time due to the nature of the guest house. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Trannit Stays is right in the heart of Prishtina, within walking distance of Mother Teresa Boulevard, the Newborn monument, National Library, Cathedral, and all major cafes and restaurants.

The airport is approximately 18 km from the property. A taxi costs around €20–25 and takes 20–30 minutes depending on traffic. Buses and rideshares are also available. We can advise on the best option for your arrival.

We accept cash in EUR and local currency. Card payment options can be discussed on arrival. Booking platform payments follow their own terms.
